Legendary: your Villa becomes canon in the comic or The Black Fire Archive. If your Legendary features the Dead & Famous bus (only 20 do), you also get a seat on the tour in Los Angeles.
Treasury: 1,165 Villas will be minted to an Admin wallet, and transferred to the Hollywood Hills Villa Treasury until the Republic funding campaign has ended. Once the campaign has ended, the Villas will be transferred to the Republic wallet, and distributed over the following weeks to finalised backers.
Republic: There is a minimum allocation of Villas assigned to Republic campaign based on Perk availability (more information available on the Republic campaign page). The Treasury will be used as backfill if required based on backer demand.
NEXORA: This is the only supply which will be sold directly on NEXORA. If at the end of the whitelist and public sale phases any supply remains, that existing supply will be moved to the Treasury (excluded from backfill).
At the end of the Republic campaign, and the distribution has been finalised. All remaining Treasury Villas will be locked for 6 months.
What is the Hollywood Hills Villa Collection?
The Villa Collection comprises 3,000 unique digital property collectibles with artwork by concept artist Steve Scott and minted on the Ethereum blockchain. Each Villa corresponds to a specific property in the film’s narrative universe on the night of the celestial event.
Where can I acquire a Villa?
Primary public minting and secondary trading take place on NEXORA. In addition, select investment tiers in the Republic equity campaign include Villa allocations as backer perks.
What perks and utilities do Villa NFT holders receive?
Holders gain access to exclusive community channels, digital lore cards containing archival evidence, narrative game elements in Discord, and opportunities for behind-the-scenes content or event invitations.
Does owning a Villa grant property rights, IP, or financial returns?
Owning a Villa solely represents ownership of the digital collectible itself. It does not grant or guarantee any ownership of physical real estate, intellectual property (IP) rights, revenue shares. Revenue sharing is strictly governed by the Republic investment campaign, not Villa ownership.
Are my Villa rights transferable?
Nothing associated with Villa ownership is transferable to third parties except for the digital asset itself and any specific items explicitly designated in the Perks as transferable upon secondary sale, as long as those redeemables (such as physical goods) have yet to be distributed or redeemed.
